Location Performance & Operations
TechnoCom is the recognized industry leader of performance management solutions for wireless location networks. Our field-proven platforms and applications enable cost-effective transaction mediation, service quality measurement, performance management and compliance monitoring for E911 and commercial Location-Based Services (LBS).
Our patented LocationAssurance Manager® (LAM) and LocatePredict® platforms help wireless operators and service providers monitor and optimize the performance of their location networks. These solutions help ensure peak operating performance of the network, leading to increased customer satisfaction, reduced troubleshooting and testing expense, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Our LocationAssurance Device® (LAD) provides an automated, remotely managed and monitored mobile test platform for verifying network operation and quality of service. It supports many network technologies including CDMA, iDEN, GSM and UMTS. Other network technologies may be supported through integration with externally connected handsets or communication modules.
Location-Based Service Offering
LX Server® is TechnoCom’s location enabling platform for voice and message processing services that enables the cost-effective integration of location technologies and network elements for the delivery of location services for wireless operators and service providers.

Professional Services
TechnoCom’s professional services organization provides expert engineering services specifically tailored to the needs of our customers and includes in-depth technical investigations and analyses, detailed designs, engineering plans, quick prototyping and full-up product demonstrations.
Our professional services are centered on wireless location and RF engineering services. Wireless location services address a range of requirements focused on network testing and compliance, optimization and ongoing management of the location technology and infrastructure. This includes deployment support, verification, base station almanac development and maintenance and training, in-depth system assessment and optimization, and location system modeling and performance prediction.
RF engineering services are based on the broad, hands-on expertise of TechnoCom’s team in the design, deployment, and optimization of a range of wireless networks, from the historical evolution of AMPS and N-AMPS, to CDMA and GSM, to 3G and 4G networks, including UMTS and WiMAX. TechnoCom’s network design and deployment planning methodologies, and supporting advanced tools, ensure the highest levels of network quality and efficiency.
