TechnoCom is a privately held company, founded in 1995, that has experienced continued growth in year over year revenue for the past ten years.

In 2004, TechnoCom raised $6.75 million in venture capital from Timeline Ventures (lead), Titan Investment Partners, Third Point Management and iSherpa Capital. These four firms have provided TechnoCom with financing for continued growth, as well as their considerable expertise in growing wireless software and service companies.
