Senior RF/Wireless Location Engineer

Position Summary:
The Senior RF/Wireless Location Engineer candidate must be a seasoned engineering professional who will provide technical and team leadership in TechnoCom’s Engineering Services area. This person will have in-depth knowledge of both wireless location positioning and RF engineering in a cellular environment, with demonstrated experience both as an individual contributor and a team leader. This position will report to the Executive VP heading the TechnoCom Engineering Services organization.

Essential Functions:

Executes and leads Engineering Services projects
Provides technical expertise in RF and wireless location systems engineering
Successfully and positively interfaces with customers
Generates requirements for each project
Strongly supports sales efforts and proposal preparation
Possesses excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Senior Systems Test & Support Engineer

Position Summary:
The Senior Systems Test and Support Engineer fills an important and integral role in the Operations group and is responsible for the development and deployment of test plans and procedures for all company enterprise-level products, as well as successfully handling all phases of quality assurance, including hand-on testing, system integration and product delivery. Providing valuable and responsive support to customers who have issues and questions related to the operation of company products is also an emphasis for this position.

Essential Functions:

Develop and execute test plans and procedures for all aspects of the product, including software, hardware, protocols and communications
Develop test/automation and analysis tools
Generate test reports, release notes and user documentation
Define both testing scope and architecture with input from other engineers
Address software issues and testing approaches with input from other engineers
Troubleshoot and track system-level problems, including both company and customer elements
Coordinate internal resources to identify solutions and/or work-arounds for system-level problems
Assist in the development of product requirements based on operational experience
Interact directly and positively with customers regarding product delivery and support
