Deployment Options
TechnoCom offers two robust deployment options for easy integration of LocationAssurance Manager™ (LAM™) into your existing wireless network depending on your business needs.
You can deploy LAM using TechnoCom's LAM Licensed Offering or LAM Service Bureau, based upon your desire to outsource or operate the LAM solution.
LAM Licensed Offering
The LAM Licensed Offering allows carriers to install and operate the LAM solution on servers within the carrier's network. Typically in a licensed sale:
- Carriers purchase LocationAssurance Devices™ (LADs™)
- LADs collect ground truth while dialing "9xx" test calls in the carrier's network
- Carrier operates, administers and maintains servers from within their wireless network
- TechnoCom provides help desk support, software updates and upgrades as part of an annual maintenance agreement
- TechnoCom can also offer a suite of additional professional services ranging from FCC report generation to network optimization, based upon carrier's unique and specific requirements.
LAM Service Bureau
The LAM Service Bureau, hosted within the TechnoCom network, allows carriers to access a secure data and report creation center managed and operated by TechnoCom. Typically in a service bureau sale:
- Carriers purchase LocationAssurance Devices (LADs).
- LADs collect ground truth while dialing "9xx" test calls in the carrier's network
- TechnoCom operates, administers and maintains servers from within the TechnoCom secure data center
- TechnoCom provides help desk support, software updates and upgrades as part of the monthly service bureau fee
- TechnoCom can also offer a suite of additional professional services ranging from report generation to turnkey location system management.

- Help desk support available 9-6 PST, M-F excluding holidays
- TechnoCom operations center provides continual monitoring of LAM Service Bureau for 7x24 availability
- LADs monitored daily (Monday through Friday) with generation of customer-specific traffic and incident reports
- Customer issues managed and tracked through TechnoCom's Trouble Ticketing system.
