Jeb S. Spencer
Managing Director, Titan Investment Partners

Mr. Spencer is Managing Director of Titan Investment Partners, the private equity arm of the Relational Group, a San Diego-based investment firm with $3 billion under management. Mr. Spencer is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TVC Capital where he focuses his time and energy on acquisitions of and investments in software and software enabled service firms with at least $3 million in revenue. He has proven to be effective in working closely with management to rapidly professionalize and grow small software companies into leaders in their fields.

An active board leader in the technology sector, Mr. Spencer currently serves on the board of directors of Accordent Technologies, Inc., Del Mar DataTrac, Inc., iQ4bis Software, Inc., MeetingSense Software Corporation, and TechnoCom Corporation.

He is an honors graduate of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. He attended Oxford University (St. Anne's College) and graduated with honors from Harvard University, with an MBA from Harvard Business School. He was selected as a Research Associate for Dr. Michael Porter at Harvard Business School and served as an Editor of The Harbus News.

Mr. Spencer is also active as a Board member for charitable organizations in the San Diego community. He is currently serving on two Boards focused on childhood education and youth baseball.
