Robert Schwartz is Managing Partner of Third Point Ventures, the Sunnyvale, California-based venture capital arm of Third Point LLC, which is a registered investment adviser based in New York and the investment manager of the Third Point Funds. Since 1984, Mr. Schwartz has also been the President of RF Associates North, Inc., a privately-held technical manufacturer’s representative firm.
